Exciting news! This year we have two after-school programs at Nootka running from October through December on Tuesdays and Wednesdays until 5:15. Get ready to shine after school with Vancouver Performing Stars! Designed for all skill levels, this program is a fantastic way for kids to express themselves, and build confidence through the joy of performance! With a focus on creativity and teamwork, every student will feel supported and encouraged to unleash their inner star!
Move & groove with VPS! Each week, students will learn technique, fun routines, and explore styles from ballet to hip-hop and everything in between.
Students will be supervised from dismissal from class at Nootka. No need to pick up your child until 5:15pm!

Lights Up After Schools at Nootka! Our popular afterschool and weekend programs, offered across Vancouver and the North Shore provide singing, dancing, and acting classes for children and teens across the lower mainland.
Get ready to sing, dance, and act after school with our fun and talented teaching team. These classes are a great introduction to Lights Up programs and the fun world of musical theatre. Gain confidence, try new skills, and have a ton of fun, right after school! Performance for friends and family on the last day of classes!

Scooby Doo, Where are You?! This Fall, we will be putting on a musical specially written for our afterschool students based on the “Scooby Doo” cartoons and series. Join the Mystery Inc. Gang and solve the mystery of the spooky theme park with us!
