Hot Lunch

The Hot lunch program could still benefit from a dedicated volunteer who could be on site for lunch delivery each Hot Lunch day, but increased rotating volunteers is helping.

2019-2020 Budget

More advertising for labels and gifts cards discussed.

Spirit Wear may run again, there are a few extra t-shirts from last year available.

Motion passed to abstain from setting tech budget.

Investigation into removing Compass Cards from budget if not in use.

Academy of math money removed from budget as money not requested last year.

Tech/Legacy Funds

Lori to find out about money from VSB, will follow up.

Safety Week

October 15-18th is Safety Week at the school. There will be drills for lock-down, earthquake and fire.

Film Crew Parking

School not notified of details of filming until day of.

Request from parents to not happen again, no guarantee from school that it won’t.

School says it did not affect student learning and safety, parents think it did – space for kids to run around , earthquake, people/cars on and off.
