Next Year’s PAC Executive Positions

Every spring, the PAC holds elections for next year’s PAC Executive. Any parent or guardian is welcome to run for any of the PAC Executive positions: Co-Chairs, Co-Treasurers, Co-Secretaries, Communications, Classic Rep, Thrive Rep, Fine Arts Rep.

The PAC Executive commitment is not huge and it greatly benefits the school and our students and families. It is a great way to get involved in your child’s education!

If you are interested in becoming a PAC Executive, please review the duties listed below and come to our next PAC meeting on Wednesday, April 25th from 6:30-8:00 pm in the Nootka Library.

There is one Executive meeting every month (day and time to be determined by new Executive), as well as one general PAC meeting a month. There are also discussions over email between meetings. The amount of time put in depends on availability and the position, but generally it is a “working executive” so people do more than simply attend the meetings.
