Hello Nootka Parents (and Grade 7s ::wink, wink, nudge, nudge::) We need some help for the upcoming Family Dance on Friday, February 16th from 6:30 to 8:00 pm in the Nootka Gym.

Positions/Duties Include:

• Door Attendant (take donations at the door)
  1 Position/2 Shifts:
  6:30 – 7:15 pm
  7:15 – 8:00 pm
• Concessions Attendants (work the popcorn machine, sell popcorn/juice/baked goods)
  3 Positions/2 Shifts:

  Popcorn Popper
  6:15 – 7:15 pm
  7:15 pm – 8:15 pm

  Cash Attendant
  6:15 – 7:15 pm
  7:15 pm – 8:15 pm

  Food Attendant
  6:15 – 7:15 pm
  7:15 – 8:15 pm

• Decorations! (anything you want to bring, set up and take down)
  Access to gym starts after school
  Decorations need to be set up by 6:15 pm
  Decorations need to be taken down by 8:45 pm
